NCDOT Secretary Gene Conti has committed the financial and analytical expertise of Greenleaf Strategies of Raleigh to assist the MTC/CATS and the RED Line Task Force to craft a financial framework to assist in the financing of the RED Line.   Greenleaf Associate, Paul Morris, began his consulting assignment in September and expects to assist through February.

“We are excited to have a pro in this field join our efforts to build the RED Line,” said Brian Jenest, chair of the Lake Norman Transportation Commission.   “Paul is in the process of meeting with each Town’s elected and staff personnel and the development community.  His knowledge and insights are already proving quite helpful,” Jenest added.
