Barry Moose, District Engineer introduced Jim Ray of Ray Strategies and Ted Hamer of KPMG as the consultants selected by NCDOT to guide the P3 process for the I-77 corridor. The feasibility study will focus on I-77 from Exit 36 in Mooresville to the I-77/277 loop. Both are expert P3 advisers with considerable experience in the delivery and financing of infrastructure projects using P3 methodologies. Their overview presentation can be found here.

There is a very aggressive timeline for their project. The LNTC is engaged and supports the aggressive schedule - which you can see in the presentation.
