LNTC Expands Reach with 2010-2011 Agenda
The LNTC expands it reach for the upcoming work agenda by assigning specific responsibilities to each commission member, reports Brian Jenest, Chair.
“As we enter our second full fiscal year, our agenda is expanded with important goals in roads, rail, connectivity and mobility,” he said. “I’m pleased that our commission wants to be active at the personal level and deliver more results to our underwriters”, Jenest added.
Specific assignments include: East/West Connections—Ken Lucas; Transit Benefit Zone—Greg Ferguson; Village Rider—Andrew Grant; New Parkway Planning—Chuck Travis; Governmental Relations—Brian Jenest; Secondary Transit Impacts—Dawn Blobaum; I-77 Widening—Mitch Abraham; Corporate Involvement—Steve Husemann. LNTC Director Carroll Gray will facilitate these assignments, while working on general administration and as a member of the Red Line Task Force of the Metropolitan Transit Commission.
