Mitch Abraham Mr. Abraham is a native of Minnesota, graduating from Luther College where he played football. He moved to the Mooresville area in 1986 and was elected to the Town Commission in 2003, where he serves as Mayor Pro Temp. Mr. Abraham believes in improving regional aspects of transportation, especially the improvement of I-77, the vital north-south link for this part of NC.

Leamon Brice Mr. Brice is a native of North Carolina and has served as Town Manager of Davidson since 1990. He has a Master's Degree in Political Science from Appalachian State and is a graduate of The Public Executive Leadership Academy at UNC. He is interested in commuter rail and mobility between the towns and is currently serving as a member of the Metropolitan Transit Commission.

Greg Ferguson Mr. Ferguson has lived in in Huntersville for 9 years, native of Georgia, Liberty College undergraduate, UNC Greensboro for masters, City Manager of Huntersville, sees transportation as one of North Meck’s greatest challenges and is a strong advocate of working together.

Andrew Grant Mr. Grant is Assistant City Manager of Cornelius and is a native of North Carolina, having lived in the area for six years and is a graduate of NC State. He has been involved in transportation planning as a member of the Technical Coordinating Committee of MUMPO.

Brian Jenest Mr. Jenest is a native of Boston, graduate of NC State, lived here for 17 years, served 2 years on Davidson town board, is chair of LNTC and feels that rail and road is the most critical aspect of North Meck’s future growth.

Charlie Jeter Mr. Jeter is a native of Columbia, SC, and a graduate of Wofford College. Long active in civic affairs, he was amember of The Mayors Task Force on Transportation and is in his third term as a member of the Huntersville Town Board. He is President of Intermodal FCL, Inc., a transportation logistics company. His goal on the LNTC is to bring cost effective transportation solutions to the lake region

Bill Russell Mr. Russell is currently President of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce, a post he's held since January, 1996. A former President of the US Jaycees, he is committed to transportation improvement as essential to economic growth. Mr Russell is a native South Carolinian and a graduate of Winthrop, with strong allegiance to Gamecock Sports.

Karen Shore: Ms. Shore is a graduate of Appalachian State, been in Charlotte region for 11 years, been president of Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber since 2006 and believes transportation is one of key economic foundations.

Erskine Smith: Mr. Smith has been Manager of the town of Mooresville since early 2011, after 23 years in both planning and as Assistant Manager. A native of Mooresville, Smith holds a degree in Political Science/Economics from Appalachian State University. Prior to his city stint, he worked with Belk’s and the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber. He has served on several regional transportation initiatives, including what is now called the Regional Roads Committee. Erskine believes more can be done for transportation advancements through collaboration, than everyone going solo.

Chuck Travis Mr. Travis is a native of Statesville, NC, and holds degrees in Architecture from NC State and UNC-Charlotte. Serving his first term as a Cornelius Town Commissioner, he is an award-winning architect with The Housing Studio, focusing on mixed use development ranging from multi-family to high rise. A local example of his work is Birkdale Village in Huntersville.
